Hunter Boots: Trompe L'oeil Welly Socks

I got Hunter boots so I had to get the socks to go with the boots obviously! Well I live in a colder climate so I definitely think that these were worth a shot.


I was browsing on the Hunter Website and noticed that some Welly Socks were on sale.

I bought the Trompe L'oeil Welly Socks in dark olive/lime green. They were on sale for $38 down from $55. These were only $3 more than the regular Fleece Welly Socks that quite frankly in my opinion, aren't that flattering.

Not the most flattering picture, but you all get the point! The colours compliment each other!

The Trompe L'oeil Welly Socks are stunning! Great colour and it compliments the black Hunter rain boots really well. Keep in mind that these socks are VERY thick, so it will make the calf area a bit tighter. All in all I really like them but there's no way that I would be able to wear jeans, and the Welly socks and have my calves fit!
