10 Tips to Maintain or Lose Weight

1. Drink water the second you wake up
2. Drink water all day if you can. The more the better. Substitute it for juice and soda
3. Try to cut down on alcohol. Trust me, I didn't drink for two months and I saw a difference in my weight, hair, and bank account
4. Exercise at least three times a week. Yoga classes, 20 minute run, anything helps
5. Snack on fruit instead of chips and crackers
6. Don't completely limit yourself from "fried or bad foods" indulge. Have that piece of cake
7. Always bring headphones and an iPod with you to the gym.
8. Always eat breakfast. Doesn't matter if it's just a yogurt or an apple. The bigger the breakfast the less you will eat the rest of the day.
9. Try to walk everywhere. Park at a farther parking spot so you'll have to walk further. Or just walk to your location.
10. Try cooking your own meals instead of getting takeout all the time. You'll see a difference in quality
