I previously tried the Tresseme dry shampoo and that one just didn't work for me. It smelt beyond awful and left my hair feeling more greasy then it actually was.
The Batiste Dry Shampoo completely lifted my faith in dry shampoos.
It smells decent, and fresh. Nothing to complain about (I used the original).
And holy mother of god does this dry shampoo work! I shook the can for about 10 seconds and sprayed it onto my roots and it literally just dried up the grease in my hair. Of course I followed the instructions of massaging your roots so that the product spreads evenly. I was so amazed!
For the record I have very dark brown hair, which left me a bit concerned about having the powder being visible, but that was absolutely no problem.
I definitely definitely definitely recommend this, and yes the price is a bit steep for a dry shampoo that never goes on sale (it retails around $8, $9) vs. other dry shampoos that go on sale all the time for around $3 but Batiste is worth it and I think I found my holy grail.
