I posted a glowing review of the Lululemon Cotton Wunder Unders a few months ago (the review can be viewed here). But last week I ran into a bit of a hiccup with them.
My friend pointed out that there was a HOLE in my cotton Wunder Unders. How could that be?, these are $92 leggings, and that's the last thing I would ever expect from these leggings.
Obviously upset, I contacted customer service (which is something that I feel like I've been doing a lot recently....), and they recommended the usual "step into your local Lululemon Store and a sales person would love to assist you." So I went, and ended up swapping the Cotton Wunder Unders with a hole in them for a brand new pair, in the same size and same colour.
I am absolutely grateful for their amazing and understanding customer service however, I think I am going to step away from buying Lululemon products for a while, as contacting customer service for defective quality products basically like 4 times in the past year is definitely unacceptable in my opinion, and I'd much rather spend my money on actual quality products that can live up to its name.
Not very impressed with my $92 wunder unders. One of the girls I work with serving tables in busy restaurant asked me 1/2 way through my shift if I knew that mine underwear were showing through my wunder unders. No too embarrassing.
ReplyDeleteThat is so embarrassing! Contact lululemon's customer service and they'll "try to resolve the issue for you." (aka they'll swap your leggings or give you a giftcard worth the amount).
DeleteLululemon in general right now is completely lacking the quality and I have completely given up on them. The wunder unders used to be nice, thick, not sheer, wouldn't pill, and I never had any problems with them up until the past two years where I can never seem to go more than a few months without having issues with a pair of wunder unders.
