INGREDIENTS:
- Two slices of bread
- Leftover chicken (preferably the leg)
- Mayo
- Heluva Good Dill Pickle Dip
- Garlic Salt
- Italian Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
First off, toast your two slices of bread in the toaster, and if you wish, drizzle them with a bit of olive oil too.
While your bread is toasting, take two forks and start to separate the meat of the chicken into a separate bowl. Stop when you feel you have enough chicken.
You should get a texture like this.
Finally spread the mixture onto the toasted slices and you have yourself a very delicious chicken salad sandwich! Of course you can add in lettuce and tomatoes and such but I prefer mine to be a bit plain.
