Healthy Lunch: Tossed Salad and Olive Demi Ciabatta

This is just an example of a healthy lunch idea that tastes absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

- Romaine Lettuce; washed and cut into pieces
- Tomatoes
- Cucumbers
- Feta Cheese
- Italian Dressing (Calorie Wise, if you're watching calories)
- Olive Demi Ciabatta
- Salted Butter

So all you need to do is combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sprinkle feta cheese on top and put as much dressing as you want. I would normally make my own dressing but it takes too much time. 




Then cut a Olive Demi Ciabatta (which I got at Costco) into half and then slice it and toast it, and spread a little salted butter on top and then you have a healthy and delicious meal.
Olive Demi Ciabatta has the right amount of flavour without being too bland. In general, I HATE olives (to the point where the taste of olives make me almost gag) but for some reason, this Olive Demi Ciabatta tastes so delicious that I literally cannot stop eating it!





This is a recipe for an epic, healthy and delicious meal and is perfect for those who want to watch their weight or even eat healthy. I believe that everything in moderation is a-ok and that you need to get in a bit of carbs along with greens and vegetables.
