Kirkland Signature 8 Piece Brush Set Review (2012/2013)

I finally bought a new brush set! I've been in the market for brushes for a while now and I was contemplating between the Kirkland ones from Costco or the ELF Professional brush set. I've heard wonderful things about both brushes. But I was in Costco one day and just decided to get the Kirkland 8 Piece brush set because it was only $20 vs ELF's $30 brushes (they were on sale for $2.13 with a $20 purchase) + $14.95 shipping + duty taxes.

So this is what the brushes look like, very classy, very pretty, the gold handles are very sturdy and look like they were worth more than $20. 

The brushes themselves are amazing, super soft, they shed a little bit (obviously, all brushes shed) but the shedding is super minimal and as long as you keep good care of the brushes (washing them routinely) they should last quite a while. 

The case it comes with is gorgeous, it's like the faux snake skin texture (if you know what I mean) and its like a metallic silvery purpley colour. Very pretty. The case also has elastics to hold the brushes, as seen in the picture, and on the other side it has a zip pocket to hold makeup like mascaras, eyeliners and  so on.
