Adrienne Maloof's Mansion sells for $20 Million

The spectacular house that Adrienne and Paul Maloof lived in has been sold (apparently) for $20 million... It was listed for $26 million and the realtor was none other than Mauricio (Kyle Richard's Husband) who is also seen frequently on the show. 

Their stunning house has 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and is over 20,000 square feet, it has a wine cellar, screening room, guest house, pool, tennis court, you name it.. 

And according to records, Adrienne and Paul bought it for $12.7 million

Kind of sad that this season her and Lisa won't live across the street from each other anymore, Lisa also sold her house too (for $19 million)
