Healthy Snack Ideas: Pita Bread and Hummus

Snacking on Pita Bread and Hummus is way better than chips and dip.

I cut up 8 mini pitas (which are 175 calories), popped them in the toaster oven for about 4 minutes at 375 degrees 

They came out really crunchy!

Eat with hummus on the side!

These are actually filling and healthier than chips. Chips are not filling whatsoever, which is why you could eat a whole bag without even feeling full.

Hummus is actually a "healthy" fat although it's high in calories. The one in the picture is from Costco and contains 35 calories per tablespoon. 
Hummus has no unsaturated fat, and it's just chickpeas so it's not processed (compared to something like cream cheese/chip dip)
