Rimmel Lipstick: Amethyst shimmer

Rimmel London's amethyst shimmer lipstick is a fuschia-plum-pink-wine colour with hints of shimmer. The pink is not to dark and not to light, but it does leave your lips with a bit of colour.

Pigmentation is good, this is just one layer of lipstick.
I find the colour a bit to strong for my liking, so I normally just blot it with a tissue and the result is my favourite colour.
It definitely compliments pale skin tones, as the colour comes off strong and striking. 

It's also not that moisterizing (compared to mac). I always have to wear some sort of lip balm underneath or else my lips feel so dry. 

Lasting power is great, as long as I don't drink something/let my lips touch anything but overall it does last quite a while without having to reapply. 

Also, I find that Amethyst Shimmer can make your teeth look yellow.
