The Body Shop - Hemp Hand Moisturizer Review

Thursday, November 28, 2013

I'm on a roll reviewing a couple different types of hand moisturizers, but dry hands seem to be a key problem during the winter season.

So the Hemp Hand Protector by The Body Shop.... first of all, I have to say that it is quite expensive when it's not on sale ($20!!!)

Also, the hemp hand protector smells awful! It's like this weird herbal smell and it lingers - so I can't put it on outside of the house because it smells so bad. Some people say they like the say, others say they don't, I have to say that I'm one of those people that aren't a huge fan of the smell.

However, I have to say that it does moisturize very well - as the product is targeted towards people with extremely dry hands.

Comparing the hemp hand protector to Glysomed's hand cream, I have to say that Glysomed wins hands down because of the price (very affordable), smell, and in the end they both do the same job ultimately; which is moisturizing my hands.

If you can get the hemp hand protector

on sale I would say to pick it up and use it as a backup hand cream like putting it in before you go to sleep because it does work, it's just expensive and smells.
